We like to make the journey easy for our client and have 4 step process that we stick to when producing your work.
Management
From your first point of contact, an Account Manager will be assigned to be your 'go-to' person. They will get to know you and your business and what you are trying to achieve with your brand.
Your Account Manager will guide you and take the stress out of the process, communicating at each milestone and responding to your queries. They will co-ordinate quotes, site measures, design, and approval, right through to installation.
Our design team all work with the latest industry-standard creative software and can provide innovative designs to help promote your business.
Your Account Manager will work with you to write a design brief ensuring your brand standards are met; from there we will create visuals of the options needed. Mocking up or super imposing them onto the area/vehicle where the signs are to be applied.
Once your design is approved, we print / manufacture each item ready for installation. Taking great care in ensuring the finished product is of the highest quality and finish.
If we haven’t worked with your brand before we run colour sampling to ensure we match your brand colours.
We have a library of client standards in our workshop of their brand colours printed on different medias, ensuring each time we produce their work we get it right.
We work closely with manufacturers and their suppliers and use the specified material and installation methods. This means manufacturers warranties back us, and we offer our company workmanship guarantee. Colourworx can give more specific warranty details with your quote. On top of our supplier warranties we offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on any application/installation work we do.
